If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please feel free to fill-up the form in our "Contact Us" area below the page so we could assist you immediately with the process of your return.

We can accept returns within 30 days for damaged or defective Items only. 

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:

 

NOTE: 

We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-days return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. 

 

HSM eStore will not accept Item returns for the following:

  • If you have Opened and Used the item. 
  • If the item was damaged due to customers fault
